The training is designed for first level controllers, lead beneficiaries, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in reporting and control of projects. Participants should be from Germany as national rules and regulations will be addressed.

Course contents

The course facilitates efficient cooperation between the first level controller and the project, and brings participants up-to-date on applicable national and programme rules.

Within a single day, you will receive intensive training on key aspects of financial project control, including how to designate first level controllers in Germany and how to organise financial reporting and first level control. In addition, you will gain a good overview of applicable rules and requirements.

In addition, you will be instructed in using our Online Monitoring System in first level control. Time is also dedicated to exercises and Q&A sessions.
