Exhibition: Creative partner sought

We are looking for creative partner to team up with us for the development and delivery of the joint transnational exhibition stand '#MadeWithInterreg: A Journey into Transnational Cooperation'. 

The exhibition is a joint effort of 11 transnational programmes, coordinated by the North Sea Region Programme. We are looking for proposals that are creative and provide for a high degree of visibility. The concept is further described in the assignment brief below. 

The exhibition takes place as part of the EU Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC).

Submitting a bid

Tender submissions need to be received by the Joint Secretariat by 15 August at 12.00 (noon).

Updates, questions and answers

What will be the final size of the stand? The  final space allocated to the stand is 36 m2 (6m x 6m). The height of the ceiling is 5.5 m. 

What are the storage requirements? Storage for coats and a locker room will be provided by the EWRC orgsanisers, hence there is hardly any need for storage space within the stand itself. 

When and how can shipping take place? Please see the options in the document 'information for exhibitors'.

When will the stand need to be built and taken down? Please see the document 'information for exhibitors'.

Can we make use of sound equipment? Exhibitors are not allowed to use microphones or sound equipment such as loudspeakers as part of the stands.
