The Secretariat of the Programme has been in contact with ESPON to further investigate the possibilities to carry out a targeted analysis of certain Programme aspects connected to transnationality and communication of results.

The proposition to carry out the work under the ESPON umbrella is spin-off result of the on-going evaluation currently carried out by the Secretariat and an external contractor.

The Programme would strongly like to encourage relevant experts and scientists in the region to consider submitting an application under the “North Sea - Spreading Transnational Results” theme.
