Pre-Assessment Advanced project ideas can be submitted via the online system. The deadline for submitting project ideas for pre-assessment was Friday 5 February 2010. Co-ordinators of project applications may submit their idea for pre-assessment. If you wish to have a pre-assessment in preparation for the next Call for Applications, please remember that ideas have to be submitted at least three weeks before the call opens. Please note: New procedure of submitting pre-assessments Pre-assessments are now submitted online. The previous pre-assessment form is no longer valid. Please use the online form, which will be made available on this page when the pre-assessment period starts. The online pre-assessment form runs independently from the Users Area. Therefore, you have to register separately for using the online pre-assessment form, even though you might already have an account in the Users Area. The pre-assessment form can be accessed online once the pre-assessment period has started. Please consider the following points regarding the pre-assessment process: 1. A project idea can only be pre-assessed once - therefore the idea should already be in a very advanced stage but not virtually complete as a pre-assessment cannot be carried out on a finalised application. 2. A pre-assessment is not a guarantee for a successful application in the end. 3. You will be informed about the result of the pre-assessment within 2 to 3 weeks. 4. Assessment can only be carried out prior to a call - therefore only ideas submitted at least three weeks before a call opens can be considered. Once a call is open only technical questions can be answered. For early stage project ideas there is another possibility. Instead of asking for a pre-assessment they can be submitted for publication in the project ideas section of this website. This may help you to find partners.
