A collection of the presentations given at the Maritime Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden, is now available online. The conference was jointly organised by the Interreg IVA Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak Programme and the North Sea Region Programme.

Project developers and interested stakeholders can now sign up for meetings with the project ideas which will be represented at the Annual Conference 2009 in Egmond aan Zee/Haarlem, the Netherlands.

The Northern Periphery Programme Secretariat in Copenhagen is looking for two interns to assist with the organisation of the Annual Conference LAVA2009. Deadline for submitting applications is 8 June 2009.

9 May was Europe Day. According to EC Regulation 1828/2006, the managing authorities of projects involved in Interreg programmes are obliged to fly the European flag in front of their premises for one week starting 9 May.

It is still possible to register project ideas for the Partner Search at the Maritime Conference in Gothenburg. The deadline for having project ideas published in the Partner Search Book has been extended to 14 May.

Registration for the Maritime Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden, will officially close Thursday 30 April.

The deadline for registering project ideas for the Project Idea Book 2009 and the Partner Search Event at the Annual Conference will be extended to 30 April 2009.

The Secretariat invites scientists, project managers and practitioners to present their most recent findings and ideas in a Call for Papers. The deadline for submissions has been extended until 22 April.

In cooperation with the Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak Programme, the North Sea Region Programme will organise a Maritime Conference on 27-28 May in Gothenburg, Sweden. Registration is now open.

The Fourth Call for Applications is now closed. A total of 18 full applications and three applications for extension have been submitted to the Secretariat.

The Kattegat/Skagerrak Secretariat is looking to recruit a temporary Head of Secretariat and a temporary Project Economy Coordinator.

Registration for the Annual Conference and General Assembly 2009 of the North Sea Region Programme and the North Sea Commission is now open. The event will take place 24-26 June in Egmond aan Zee/Haarlem, the Netherlands.

The North Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 logo in different versions is now available for download in the EPS format in the Document Library Section of the Programme website.

In line with the changes to the Operational Programme approved by the European Commission, the Monitoring Committee has approved changes to the Fact Sheet on Public-Private Partnerships.

At Monitoring Committee meeting No 4, 25-26 February in Karlstad, it was decided to postpone the fifth Call for Applications until further notice.

The fourth Call for Applications under the North Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 is now open. The Call will run until and including Monday 30 March 2009.

A template of the new contract to be issued to all approved projects under the 2007-2013 Programme is now available.

It is now possible to register Project Ideas to be published in the Project Idea Book for the Annual Conference 2009. The registration deadline is 23 April 2009.

A new section presenting projects under the North Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 is now online. The section will serve as an interactive platform for projects to communicate their activities and results.

The revised Fact Sheet No 13 on Control and Reporting is now available in the Document Library.
