A TV Documentary Series in 12 episodes based on the North Sea Trail Project (Nave NorTrail) under the North Sea Programme is currently showing on Danish Regional Television.

The TV Documentary Series has been developed in cooperation with a regional Danish TV broadcaster, TV MidtVest, and the North Sea Programme.

The Series has to a small extent been part funded by the Programme. Secretariat staff has been involved on an advisory level, but the production itself has been editorially independent. The Series has been two years in development.

The TV Documentary Series is currently planned to go on air in three public regional channels in Denmark. Other regions are considering the Series. The Series will be offered to other regional broadcasters in the North Sea Area, and potentially beyond.

The episodes show every Wednesday at 8 pm (20:00) on TV MidtVest and are made avilable on the channel website subsequently.
