A background paper informing about the clustering approach that will be applied by the Programme is now available online.

The paper has been prepared in relation to the Project Clustering session that will take place on 16 June during the Annual Conference 2010 in Stavanger, Norway.

It gives background information to the clustering approach decided by the Monitoring Committee and details about the aims and practicalities of project clustering.
