Regulations

The North Sea Region Programme and its projects must follow the below regulations of the European Commission:

 

Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 on common and general provisions for the Euroepan Regional Development Fund

Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013 on the European Regional Development Fund and on specific provisions concerning the Investment for growth and jobs goal

Regulation (EU) No 1299/2013 on specific provisions for the support from the European Regional Development Fund to the European territorial cooperation goal

Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (regarding eligibility)

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (regarding state aid, de minimis)

Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (regarding block exemption)
